1. Sleep: Not getting enough sleep can slow down your metabolism. Everyone need minimum 7 to 9 hour sleep everyday because lack of sleep impact on your hunger and fullness hormones, including ghrelin and leptin. Ghrelin "hunger hormone" cells increases gastrointestinal motility to prepare the body for food intake. And leptin "satiety hormone" helps to regulate energy balance by inhibiting hunger opposite than ghrelin. In obesity, a decreased sensitivity to leptin occurs, resulting in an inability to detect satiety despite high energy stores.

Day 2: Run 1/2 mile, 25 (or 50 if you can) air squats (3 rounds)
Day 3: 20 lunges, 10 push-ups (5 rounds)
Day 4: Longer run (or whatever it is that you like to do–biking, swimming, etc), *Add-on: 1 minute front plank, and 1 minute plank on each side
Day 5: Rest day!
Day 6: 50-100 jumping jacks, 25 air squats, 20 push-ups, for time - keep a record of your time.
Day 7:Run 1 mile for time

When she was in high school her weigh around 130-135 pound and after in college her weight increases upto 180 pounds because of some bed habit of drink alcohol, staying out late and eating fast food. Once her friend call her “whale” after that she realized that now they have to control on her weight.

Once she is going to mall to buy clothes who fit on her body and waste around $8000 to find perfect clothes. Than she realized that if her body is perfect than all wear and dress fit on her like a model.

So, after that she start some little exercise like eat less, do workout two to three day but she can't eat pure diet food because she hated feeling of “starving”.

One fitness lover man comes in her life who motivate her to get slim body. Now she and her husband start working out five days in a week. And start eating clean food. Slowly but surely she was making progress. She and her husband start live new life in march 2010.
